They design and implement field plans alongside with other staff and or candidate or political party of the candidate if need be. They align strategies with campaign goals, and foster inclusivity and diversity. Key duties include hiring and training staff, planning voter registration drives, and organizing events such as town halls.
Key Requirements:

Knowledge: Political processes, grassroots organizing, and adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or higher (OND, HND, Bachelors, or Masters), with a proven track record in field organizing or community outreach.
